The Third International Workshop on Experimental and Efficient Algorithms WEA'2004 will be held in Angra dos Reis (Brazil),
from May 25 to 28, 2004.

The WEA workshops are intended to be an international forum for researchers in the area of design, analysis, and experimental evaluation of algorithms. The two preceding workshops in this series were held in Riga (2001) and Monte Veritá (2003). The WEA workshops are sponsored by EATCS, the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science.

The proceedings of WEA'2004 will be published in the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science, published by Springer Verlag. All papers will be refereed. A subset of selected papers will be possibly invited for publication in a special issue of the journal Theoretical Computer Science.

Angra dos Reis is a very nice and sunny beach resort, located approximately two hours south of Rio de Janeiro.

The conference will take place at Hotel Portogalo. This resort has an almost private white sand beach and very appropriate facilities, providing a very charming ambiance. Participants will be picked up at Rio de Janeiro International Airport and transferred by air-conditioned bus directly to Hotel Portogalo.
